Dinosaurs that wear vests are cool.

Steve and Steve. They are pals. 

This is Steve. 

I accidentally made him a biker. 

Because his spikes…and his vest is ripped… and he looks like a badass. And I think it works for him quite well. 

Maybe I should give him a tatoo or something…

This is Simon and Simon. 

On the left we have Simon Sr., He’s rather old and eccentric… but everyone respects and admires him because he is also quite wise. He is so loved that no one questions his fake mustache. 

On the right we have his grandson, Simon Jr. He inherited his grandfather’s style, but little else. Where Simon Sr. had been an adventurous go-getter, in his youth. - almost a sort of James Bond… Simon Jr. is rather bookish and likes to keep to the indoors… 

…Do these dinosaurs have indoors? I mean, they’re wearing vests and can probably talk and stuff… 

I really need to figure out what’s going on in this world of theirs. Feel free to leave suggestions, I’m gonna open the ask box. 

But until we figure out what the story is, You get these. I’ve decided they’re sort of like character sketches… or trading cards. 

Obviously not the whole picture.

So… I was working on a T-Rex… but for some reason CS5 refuses to open on my computer… SO instead of turning it off and back on again, I opened Elements 7.0 and drew this. 

She is a velociraptor… she’s small like she’s supposed to be, not Jurassic Park sized… but no feathers. I just don’t have the heart to draw dinosaurs with feathers.

My brother named her Kate. (Or Katherine, since these dinosaurs seem to always have long proper names.)

I think at one point my brother said her vest needed to be sexy. So she doesn’t have a sweater vest. She has a ~sexy vest. 

Also, character wise, she’s a bit of a… well.. if you’ll pardon my lanuguage, i’m not normally one to curse… but she’s a bit of a bitch. 

Not a nice velociraptor at all. 

But she’s sassy and she knows what she wants and how to get it and no one is gonna get in her way. She’s also a bit of a badass.
